Once the parcel is registered into the system, it is assigned a unique tracking number. This number can be used by both staff and customers to monitor the parcel's status at any time. The system sends status updates automatically as updated by the staff during the process.
Customers can track parcels in multiple ways: through a tracking link sent via SMS, by entering their tracking number on our TunaTrack tracking page, or by calling your office where staff can quickly look up the status.
The pilot phase is a one month trial period where we test the system with willing businesses for free. This helps us gather feedback and make improvements before a full-scale launch.
